Homestead Bible Camp is a non-denominational summer bible camp located near Roggen on Colorado’s eastern plains. HBC operates through various donations and non-profit grants such as the Enanders Fund to give the children of Colorado a fun faith building experience.
Homestead Bible Camp was founded in 1985 by Bob Kortheus, a regional missionary to the area serving with American Missionary Fellowship( now InFaith). HBC was originally named Camp Timothy, and primary housed all of its campers in tents at the time. Since then, HBC has grown every year in staff and in campers. Although the majority of the campers who come to HBC live the Northeastern Colorado area, we consistently draw campers from all over the state, as well as some from the surrounding states.
